I have been on a spiritual and health journey for nearly two decades now, the stress of the corporate world made me take a look at myself and ask: What is truly important?

This started me on a journey a self improvement. As I progressed down this path, I have learned a great deal, and I feel compelled to share my findings!

I thought that I must heal myself, before I can help others. Then I learned that I can help others as I help myself.
