Insights and expectations.
You are asked a few questions and you then work with whatever feelings that come up.
You’re working with your own energy and, as a Mace therapist, I will guide you. As you’re guided, you give yourself your own answers.
You release the trauma by separating the negative identity from your Being. Then your Being’s (much higher) positive energy absorbs the small amount (in comparison to the Being) of negative energy that the negative identity has and it disappears, never to return.
I’ve done a lot of work on myself over the years but there were a couple of triggers, that man, they were there just so triggering, and they would pop up at the most inopportune moments.
Those triggers are now gone.
And I want to tell you it’s not just about having the triggers gone. It’s about what happens in your life once the triggers go. Because your whole energy calms down, you are more at peace. When you now start creating from a place of peace, everything that you’re creating is different.
Your vibration is different. The people you attract are different. Your answers come to you a lot quicker. When you meditate or pray, it’s like, boom, there it is.
Suddenly everything becomes calm and you can figure things out a lot quicker.
Then you’re no longer triggered by the same things that triggered you yesterday or last week or last year.
And it’s not invasive. It’s not like you’re going to therapy.
No one is digging into your past and digging into your traumas and upheaving all the bones and the skeletons that you wanted to keep there. You can keep them there. That’s the nice part about this. You can keep them there, and they’ll disappear on their own.
Mace is an energetic therapy.
Mace is an energetic therapy. Thoughts are energetic. Feelings are energetic. Memory is energetic. You are energetic. Your spirit is energetic. That’s one thing that Mace takes into account: the spirit.
Mace calls it the Human Energy Unit.
The Mace practitioner only hooks the negative energy up to the positive energy of the spirit.
It’s nothing like regular psychotherapy. It is the spirit that does the healing.
Your spirit is positive energy.
Now, what happens during a trauma is negative energy gets injected into your system. And the ego takes it and buries it in the subconscious. It’s still alive, it’s not gone anywhere. It acts like a trigger or a computer virus.
Say somebody abused you, a specific person did something awful to you. That feeling stays around and it’s awful.
The ego comes along and says: “let me handle this.”
It takes it and it buries it deep in your psyche, puts it out of your conscious awareness, to ease your pain. But it’s still alive in your subconscious.
What happens is that every time you run into somebody who resembles that person that abused you, that trigger goes off and it produces a fight or flight reaction. And it’s always upsetting. The universe takes care of sending you these people in an endless flow. To help you grow.
The ego, rather than saying, hey, there’s something wrong with you, projects that back out onto that person and says:
“It’s them who is causing you the problem. It’s got nothing to do with you. They’re out there and you can feel the negative vibes coming from them. They’re irritating you, so it must be them. You know, it’s got nothing to do with you. I’m the victim of this guy, he’s victimizing me. He’s making me feel bad.”
You project it out onto people in the situations around you.
Where do negative identities come from?
Upsets and traumas are the causes of a negative identity. That stuff that’s buried is a negative identity. And you can have many!
It’s like a computer virus.
You get into an argument with that particular kind of person, someone that is similar to the one that abused you.
You’re getting a lot of trouble and you swear, oh, I’m never going to get in that again. I’m never going to let that happen again. Six months later, you’re right in the middle of it again. It’s right there in your face again. You’re in the same trouble again. That is a negative identity operating.
Every negative feeling is the result of a negative identity somewhere buried in the psyche. So, you might be dealing with, say, for example, betrayal.
You might have a partner betray you or perhaps a business partner betrays you. You might have friends who stab you in the back. You might feel like everyone is cheating on you. So, there will oftentimes be a similar underlying issue, but playing itself out differently with various relationships. And when we catch the one issue, and all of that other stuff dissolves. That’s the beauty about this kind of working.
That core ruin has tentacles. When you remove a core ruin you get way more, you pull it like it’s a root. You’re pulling out all of the roots of the other stuff too, as they have grown from the same seed.
When you’re doing a full Mace session, you may think there’s all these people you have to work out. But when you remove the core individual, the one that you’ve had trouble with, this will remove a lot of the people connected in the same way. It is amazing how quickly and efficiently this works.
